Job Title: Customs Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Specialist to join our team at Airbus Defence and Space SAU. As a Customs Specialist, you will be responsible for managing domestic and international customs regulations, ensuring compliance with worldwide customs regulations, and providing advice on customs subjects to various Airbus organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage domestic and international customs regulations, including implementation and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with customs clearances according to worldwide customs regulations.
  • Prepare and supervise customs declarations according to each Administration.
  • Maintain and develop a customs network, redefining existing customs procedures to reduce the impact of customs duties & Import VAT in Airbus.
  • Support Airbus customs policy in front of tax, commerce, and customs authorities and Administrations.
  • Provide advice on customs subjects to various Airbus organizations, including Contracts, Procurement, Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in customs regulations management, customs procedures, customs authorisations management, customs lobbying, and customs audits.
  • Proficiency in English, with French as a desirable language skill.
  • Ability to travel for business.
