About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Expert to join our Business Transformation team at Allianz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Salesforce across our organization, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-develop and co-implement a strategy for utilizing Salesforce within the organization
  • Understand and document current business processes and workflows
  • Identify areas for improvement and redesign processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Co-lead Salesforce-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time
  • Work closely with various business units to understand their needs and challenges
  • Manage relationships with Salesforce vendors and consultants
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and new technologies
