At Amazon, we're seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Project Manager Associates. As a key member of our European network, you'll have the opportunity to work on improvement and innovation projects that support the growth of our operations.

We're looking for passionate advocates who can drive operational efficiency with strong analytics and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. As a Project Manager Associate, you'll be an effective communicator, able to provide project members with support and contribute to recommending and executing network improvements.

Key responsibilities include supporting project managers in tracking open actions, conducting ad hoc deep dives to provide data insights, and analyzing processes to identify critical points and improvement opportunities. You'll also work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement or standardization opportunities for the European network.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Management, or similar discipline
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, macros)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others
  • Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy a competitive monthly salary, relocation support, and access to a range of employee benefits.
