Booking Sales Manager with Russian and French

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Booking Sales Manager to join our team at Boataround. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, processing bookings, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone and email to understand their booking requirements and preferences, providing accurate and timely information about available options, pricing, and terms.
- Booking Management: Process bookings efficiently using booking systems or software, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and any special requests.
- Reservation Handling: Handle boat reservations, including confirming bookings, issuing booking confirmations, and processing payments or deposits as required.
- Sales Assistance: Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and customer-oriented approach.
- Solution-Driven: Solution and result-driven person.
- Team Player: Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive 'can-do attitude'.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Russian, and French.
- Competitive Salary: 1900€ - 2500€ (base salary) + shift allowance + commissions from sales.
