Booking Sales Manager With Russian and French

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales and Booking Manager to join our team at Boataround. As a Sales and Booking Manager, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their booking requirements and preferences, providing accurate and timely information about available options, pricing, and terms.
Key Responsibilities:- Process bookings efficiently using booking systems or software, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and any special requests
- Handle boat reservations, including confirming bookings, issuing booking confirmations, and processing payments or deposits as required
- Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach
- Solution and result-driven person
- Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive 'can-do attitude'
- Fluent in English, Russian, and French
- 27 vacation days per year
- Permanent contract
- Home office-like working option (5 days per quarter)

Team events Dog-friendly office. Please note that this position requires working on shifts. More details will be provided on the prescreening call. 1900€ - 2500€ (base salary) + shift allowance + commissions from sales.
