Booking Sales Manager with Russian and French

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Booking Sales Manager with Russian and French language skills.
Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, understanding customer booking requirements and preferences.
- Booking Management: Process bookings efficiently using booking systems, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, and amenities.
- Reservation Handling: Confirm bookings, issue booking confirmations, and process payments or deposits as required.
- Sales Assistance: Assist customers in choosing suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services where appropriate.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Excellent Communication: Strong communication and customer-oriented approach.
- Solution-Driven: Solution and result-driven person.
- Team Player: Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive attitude.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, Russian, and French.
- Vacation Days: 27 vacation days per year.
- Permanent Contract: Permanent contract.
- Home Office Option: Home office-like working option (5 days per quarter).
- ESOP Plan: ESOP plan (share of the company profit) + quarterly bonus (depending on individual performance).

Base Salary: 1900€ - 2500€ (base salary) + shift allowance + commissions from sales.
