Japanese Expert Rating Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Expert Rating Analyst to join our team at Welocalize, Inc. in Spain. As an Expert Rating Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms.

You will help establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models, particularly in areas lacking defined standards. This means you will be shaping the future of web-based advertising and AI models.

You will be part of a wider team of data scientists, data analysts, and expert raters dedicated to improving advertising relevance for end-users across the world.

You will specifically be working with data in Japanese, but you will collaborate with a diverse team from different cultural backgrounds who work on various languages.

Our Expert Rating Analysts are also eligible for benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve AI-driven online advertising platforms
  • Establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models
  • Work with data in Japanese and collaborate with a diverse team
  • Participate in shaping the future of web-based advertising and AI models

Requirements:

  • Experience in AI model relevance, such as data labeling, linguistic annotation, relevance rating, etc.
  • Analytical and data-driven with a proven track record of data-based decision making
  • Strong interest and understanding of digital marketing and advertising, especially as it relates to artificial intelligence
  • Ability to effectively summarize complex information, questions, and solutions for various audiences
  • Experience researching and gathering insights, and understanding complex problems across a variety of topics
  • Ability to define, explain, and defend their points of view in group discussions
