Job Title: Japanese Expert Rating Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Expert Rating Analyst to join our team at Welocalize. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms.

Job Summary:

The Japanese Expert Rating Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms, specifically in areas lacking defined standards. You will help establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models, particularly in areas lacking defined standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and improve AI-driven online advertising platforms
  • Establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models
  • Work with data in Japanese
  • Collaborate with a diverse team from different cultural backgrounds
  • Eligible for benefits, including annual leave, public holidays, and employee assistance program
Requirements:
  • Native-level fluency in Japanese (as spoken in Japan)
  • Excellent understanding and use of English (written and spoken)
  • Must be willing to work in our office in Barcelona, Spain
  • Must sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Must be authorized to work in Spain
  • Preferred: 2+ years' experience in one or more of the following: AI-based relevance rating, marketing/advertising, linguistics, content creation, writing, tech-related quality assurance, data labeling, or linguistic annotation
  • Preferred: 4-year university degree in any of the above-mentioned professions/disciplines
  • Preferred: Knowledge and interest in artificial intelligence technology and its ethical implications, especially in online advertising
