Job Title: Japanese Expert Rating Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Expert Rating Analyst to join our team at Welocalize, Inc. in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms.

About the Role:
  • Analyze and improve AI-driven online advertising platforms
  • Establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models
  • Work with a diverse team of data scientists, data analysts, and expert raters
  • Collaborate with a global team to improve advertising relevance for end-users
Requirements:
  • Native-level fluency in Japanese (as spoken in Japan)
  • Excellent understanding and use of English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work in our office in Barcelona, Spain
  • Must sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Must be authorized to work in Spain
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years' experience in AI-based relevance rating, marketing/advertising, linguistics, content creation, writing, tech-related quality assurance, data labeling, or linguistic annotation
  • 4-year university degree in any of the above-mentioned professions/disciplines
  • Knowledge and interest in artificial intelligence technology and its ethical implications, especially in online advertising
