Job Title: Associate Design Director

WorldITFinder, a leading IT recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Associate Design Director to join our client's mobile games studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the creative process, design, and execution of new games and their monetization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and communicate the vision for major design initiatives.
  • Conceptualize, define, produce, and prioritize game features based on the overall product vision.
  • Monitor global and local markets to identify successful mechanics and adapt them into new titles.
  • Take full responsibility for the quality of our products, demonstrating leadership and expertise to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, producers, engineers, and artists to design and prototype new gameplay and systems.
  • Mentor and guide designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Analyze key performance indicators, user testing, and feedback to recommend design solutions and adjust game concepts accordingly.
  • Develop and refine tools to streamline the design pipeline and increase efficiency for the team.
  • Advocate for good design practices in current and future games.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Game Designer, with expertise in system game design.
  • Profound understanding of games and what makes them enjoyable, both as a gamer and a professional.
  • Strong awareness of the competitive marketplace and target audience.
  • Extensive experience with online and mobile games, with the ability to articulate the strengths and weaknesses of existing game designs.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
