Your Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance and good condition of buildings and facilities, ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements.
- Supervise the execution of Facilities Management contracts and manage works for new implementations or evolutions that impact infrastructure, buildings, energy supply, and facilities.
- Support the diagnosis of incidents, develop and follow up improvement action plans, and monitor performance in accordance with established objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with transverse teams and contribute to innovative projects, utilizing our cooperative working environment.
We value passion and attitude over experience. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High-level Technician, Technical, or Advanced Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) degree.
- 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Management skills, including sense of urgency, decision-making, and prioritization.
- Organization skills, including planning and development of activities with order and method.
- Operational efficiency, teamwork, transparent communication, and innovation.
- Specific knowledge of buildings and general installations (compressors, air conditioning, electricity).
- Knowledge of office automation and monitoring and control equipment.
- Knowledge of CMMS type tools for the supervision of the maintenance service.
