Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of financial analysts and accountants to ensure that all financial tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring that the company's financial position is stable and secure.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial goals and objectives are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and laws, ensuring that the company remains compliant.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a multinational company.
- Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of HFM and SAP.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Keen attention to detail and quality commitment.
- Understanding of local tax laws, international Financial Accounting Standards, and Vietnam accounting standards.
