Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Third Party Risk Management Specialist to join our Risk & Compliance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the risks associated with third-party relationships, strengthening internal control mechanisms, and developing and enhancing the department's capabilities in third-party risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the risks associated with third-party relationships.
- Strengthen internal control mechanisms.
- Develop and enhance the department's capabilities in third-party risk management.
- Create, review, and refine policies and procedures related to third-party engagements.
- Ensure reliability and integrity of internal processes by developing and maintaining an internal control framework.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the organization's objectives.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct audits and reviews to assess the adequacy of internal controls and report findings and suggest improvements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management and compliance, with experience in third-party risk management and internal control frameworks. They will be able to interact with all business units and organizations to ensure consistency in Third-Party Risk Management practices and guarantee an effective internal control framework.
