At D-ploy, we are seeking a Governance Risk Management Expert to support the design and improvement of our information security framework (ISF). This includes policies, controls, and procedures using the NIST Cyber Security Framework, as well as third-party risk management.

The ideal candidate will assess new and existing systems, data flows, business processes, and third-party provider engagements and services to implement and verify compliance to the ISF. They will also report identified risks and issues to systems, processes, and third-party providers owners.

Key responsibilities include performing information security risk assessments, maintaining the information security risks and issues registers, and delivering high-quality reports. The Governance Risk Management Expert will also support the design and improvement of third-party information risk management policies, controls, and procedures.

Additionally, the candidate will assist or lead the assessment of information security risks arising from engagement with third-party providers and drive remediation efforts. They will also drive the design and implementation of a GRC platform, including functional requirements, reviewing process designs, and rolling out new processes to the business and IT teams.

Other responsibilities include supporting the administration and maintenance of the GRC tool, designing, improving, and periodically reporting security key risk indicators and metrics to IT and business management. The Governance Risk Management Expert will also design and deliver the security education training awareness program (SETA) across all business functions.

Desirable experience includes implementing controls and managing compliance risks in regards to GXP regulated systems, data protection regulations such as EU and UK GDPR, CCPA, and cyber security regulations such as the EU NIS2, and the USA SEC Disclosure Requirements.
