Job Title: Governance Risk Management Expert

We are seeking a Governance Risk Management Expert to join our team at D-Ploy. As a key member of our IT and Engineering Solutions company, you will be responsible for supporting the design and improvement of our information security framework (ISF) and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess new and existing systems, data flows, business processes, and third-party providers to implement and verify compliance with the ISF.
  • Perform information security risk assessments, including security business impact analysis, security controls plans, and third-party provider risk profiling.
  • Maintain the information security risks and issues registers and deliver high-quality reports to management.
  • Support the design and improvement of third-party information risk management policies, controls, and procedures.
  • Drive the design and implementation of a GRC platform, including functional requirements and process designs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in implementing controls and managing compliance risks in regulated systems, data protection regulations, and cyber security regulations.
  • Strong understanding of IT and business processes, as well as third-party provider risk management.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
