About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Risk Management (IRM) expert to join our Regional Information Risk Management Team in Spain. As an IRM expert, you will play a critical role in providing direct IRM and Business Continuity Management (BCM) support to our IRM officers in the countries we operate in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide trusted IRM advice to IT and business management in the countries we support.
  • Create and publish strategic and ad-hoc risk analyses, risk papers, and risk reports.
  • Perform functional oversight of the regional IRM community through QA reviews.
  • Participate in, challenge, and report on the risks of key strategic IT/BCM programs and projects.
  • Develop and maintain training modules and train the IT/business community and your Non-Financial Risk (NFR) colleagues.
  • Support the Regional Head of IRM and BCM with research, fact-finding, collecting evidence, and documenting activities.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Corporate ING IRM Strategy, Framework, Policies, Minimum Standards, Procedures, Methods, and Techniques.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Information (Technology)/Business Continuity Risk Management.
  • Ability to deal with and advise on complex and difficult matters.
  • Trusted Expert IRM advisor with the ability to direct, advise, and support the identification, analysis, and mitigation of risks.
  • Ability to challenge and monitor IT and Continuity risk management processes and quality.
