Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain partner profitability models, including scenarios beyond core capacity growth.
- Create flex demand allocation tenets and hold operations accountable for delivering the plan.
- Analyze data around key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate forward-looking plans for senior stakeholders.
- Design and build visualization tools and dashboards to analyze and report on KPIs, driving action within your team.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Proven experience in analytical roles, driving business strategy and growth using strategy, operational knowledge, and analytical skills.
- Relevant experience in analyzing large datasets, data quality, and data warehousing to identify improvement opportunities.
- Advanced or master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience working with operational, supply chain, or logistics teams.
- Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Python, VBA, or Power BI.
