Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Demand Planning Team: Supervise a team of demand planners to ensure accurate forecasting and timely decision-making.
  2. Analyze Data: Utilize industry trends and data analysis to develop robust forecast models that minimize errors.
  3. Implement Process Improvements: Develop and implement processes to ensure seamless communication between teams and stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with management and other teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions.
  5. Monitor and Report Performance: Regularly update forecasts and budgets to reflect changes in sales, strategies, and market conditions.
