JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise demand planning team in demand management activities.
  2. Schedule forecast review meetings with management on a regular basis.
  3. Maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.
  4. Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
  5. Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
  6. Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
  7. Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
  8. Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
  9. Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
  10. Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Update forecasts for new products, seasonal products, discounts, promotions.
  12. Coordinate with inventory team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
