About the Role:
Nutreco is seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrics and instrumentation, as well as excellent communication skills.
The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, specifying, programming, simulating, and testing automation and control systems. They will also develop automation standards and guidelines aligned with Nutreco's global standards.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Industrial or Industrial Automatic and Electronic Engineering, or a related field. They will also have a minimum of 5 years' experience in implementing automation projects following ISA-88 and ISA-95 standards.
The Automation Engineer will work closely with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of automation projects. They will also be responsible for maintaining the entire process control system and developing automation projects for new facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and specify automation and control systems
- Program and test automation systems
- Develop automation standards and guidelines
- Maintain the process control system
- Develop automation projects for new facilities
Requirements:
- Industrial or Industrial Automatic and Electronic Engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in implementing automation projects
- Proficiency in automatic process control
- Ability to work as a team
