About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Imperial Brands. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving strategic objectives and enhancing business performance across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Manufacturing Excellence and business leaders to develop and implement strategic people plans that support business growth and excellence.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to senior leaders on talent management, organizational design, and change management.
  • Develop and implement global HR processes and policies to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to roll out and embed strategic initiatives, including talent succession management, connected performance, and organizational health reviews.
  • Manage and monitor global HR processes, providing coaching and guidance to senior leaders to ensure effective implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic HR partnering, with a strong track record of driving business results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into people strategy, with strong influencing skills to drive change.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills, with experience in strategic workforce planning.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform data-led decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, both written and verbal.
