Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Imperial Brands Plc. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business performance and enhancing our organizational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to support the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Lead and facilitate change management initiatives to drive cultural and behavioral change.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational design and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a strategic HR business partner role, with a strong track record of driving business performance and improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and other key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a global matrix organization, with a strong understanding of business complexities and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
