Job Title: Internship: General Support for Sales Intern

Job Description:

Location: Madrid

Type: Intern

Duration: 6 months

Working Hours: 6-7 hours per day (morning schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Teams in preparing Quotation Desk (QD) requests and outputs.
  • Convert Quotation Desk outputs to Commercial Offers and prepare Commercial Offers for customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and keep in touch with them.
  • Learn about public tenders and support the team on the administrative part of it.
  • Work on a 6-months, remunerated internship based in Sanchinarro, Madrid.

Requirements:

  • Studying towards a Master or Bachelor degree in Law, Business Administration, Management (ADE) or similar.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Attention to details, organized, and proactive.
  • Proficient with MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
