Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably with experience in Big Pharma companies and digital/web projects. They will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a matrixed team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of five years of proven success in project management
- Experience with web projects from a technical and business analyst roles
- Proven background in continuous improvement activities and business process reengineering (Lean Six Sigma training/ certification is a plus)
- Solid management and organizational leadership skills
- English - fluent in written, reading, speaking
- Excellent oral and written communication, with great interpersonal skills
- Strong results orientation. Ability to plan and organize work
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Project Planning: Develop and execute a detailed plan covering the setup of the web services blueprint, platform deployment, and migration of 400 sites, coordinating across all stakeholders
- Team Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, ensuring close collaboration with the Service Owner and Product Owner, and facilitate smooth coordination with external vendors
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks proactively and develop robust strategies to mitigate them
- Communication: Keep all stakeholders well-informed with structured updates, respond promptly to feedback, and ensure transparency across the project's lifecycle
- Resource & Budget Management: Oversee the project plan, ensuring that resources are used efficiently, and costs are managed effectively
- Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all project outputs meet BI's standards for quality and support the initiative's long-term objectives
