About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Adidas. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth in our store.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Profitability: Oversee the store's operations, optimize resources and processes to drive profitability in different market conditions, and make commercial decisions based on financial criteria.
  2. Financial Management and KPIs: Analyze the store's financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  3. Data and Trend Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to forecast sales and adapt commercial strategies.
  4. Team Development and Talent Management: Train and lead the team to ensure they are aligned with the company's objectives, foster sales skills and capabilities, and identify and develop the growth potential of employees.
  5. Administration and Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, minimize losses through Profit Protection procedures, and collaborate with other departments to maximize business opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 18 months of experience in the sports/fashion retail environment.
  2. Minimum 12 months of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent position.
  3. High ability to communicate in English (C1 level in English).
