We're looking for an Airfreight Operations Clerk at our Spain office in Alicante, Valencia or Madrid.

The Role: Our customers' satisfaction is our top priority. To achieve this, we maintain regular contact with them to build strong relationships. We ensure that their requirements are met by operating shipments accurately and on time, according to our routemaps provided by Cargo IQ.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow operational processes and corporate/internal SOPs to ensure compliance with corporate KPIs and SOPs.
  • Manage the process flow in the TMS efficiently, ensuring shipments are handled cost-effectively.
  • Prepare, handle, and process necessary documentation (air waybills, commercial, customs/regulatory documents).
  • Track and trace cargo accurately, providing shipment status updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with transporters for timely cargo delivery and monitor ATA/ETA with airlines.
  • Provide customer quotes, dispatch import arrival notices, and resolve issues related to cargo shortage, damage, or claims.
  • Evaluate invoices accurately, addressing any discrepancies, and meeting client requirements.

About You:

  • Academic background: Diploma, Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of logistics.
  • Strong customer service skills.

This position can be based in Alicante, Madrid or Valencia. Salary: €30,000 - €35,000 per year.
