Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with the SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
- Experience with at least one complete implementation of SuccessFactors Time Tracking (time-sheets module).
- SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of HR processes.
- Proficient in English (minimum B2-C1 level).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering high-quality presentations to senior stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, demonstrating self-management.
- A preference for working in a dynamic company where you continuously challenge processes and yourself for ongoing improvement.
Responsibilities:
As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for managing projects ranging from medium-sized to complex, large-scale implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central for a variety of high-profile clients.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in and lead international projects related to your area of expertise and other modules.
- Implement innovative, robust, and future-ready SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on Employee Central and Employee Central Time Management.
- Advise clients on SAP best practices and innovations, while staying informed about the SuccessFactors roadmap and other HR technologies.
- Conduct client process walkthroughs to comprehend business processes and ensure alignment with solution functionalities.
- Design and configure the SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for key users of the client.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.
- Collaborate with colleagues in SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation.
