We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Grifols, a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people around the world.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control strategies to ensure compliance with Egyptian regulations, Grifols standards, and international standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing quality control strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensuring the implementation of all QC requirements in Grifols Egypt Manufacturing Site
- Preparing all required documentation related to QC
- Ensuring compliance with industry quality standards, GMPs, and all regulatory and safety aspects of the manufacturing site and its processes
- Defining harmonized strategies of QC planning to optimize all Grifols manufacturing QC processes
- Defining a manufacturing QC organization chart, writing job descriptions, and building and managing a local manufacturing team for QC
- Interviewing and evaluating candidates to ensure they can perform the required tasks in the process
- Coordinating training processes, coaching, and mentoring to assure future harmonized practices in Grifols QC sites
- Defining KPIs and ensuring compliance, including management and reporting
The ideal candidate will have a Life Sciences Degree (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology) or Engineering Degree, at least 5 years of experience as Laboratory Manager in pharmaceutical companies, and a high proven knowledge of GMP and GLP environment.
Additionally, the candidate should have advanced English skills (C1), be available to travel (approximately 40%), and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
