Global Head of Tax

Cabify is seeking a highly skilled Global Head of Tax to lead our global tax function, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and defining and coordinating our tax strategy to achieve the company's objectives across different types of business, countries, and societies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage our global tax function, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of our tax policies, procedures, and controls.
- Collaborate with local finance managers, global finance teams, legal departments, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective global tax management.
- Lead the Transfer Pricing process and comply with formal obligations regarding strategic planning at the group level.
- Provide tax support on M&A and tax audit leading and coordination.
- Be responsible for the management and monitoring of third-party providers.
- Be the tax focal point for consultations regarding new projects and tax demands.
- Support and work with Headquarters Legal and Finance departments to ensure compliance with financial and legal regulations.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Tax Departments, Strategic Consulting, or Big Four.
- Knowledge and expertise in European and Latam tax planning.
- Knowledge and expertise in multinationals with a corporate structure divided between subsidiaries and holding companies.
- Strong project management and indirect team management skills.
- Experience in leading transfer pricing studies.
