- Relevant Education and Experience: Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or a related Business field, and 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the digital advertising sector.
- Language Skills: Dutch is a must, and good command of English or/and Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Experience with trafficking, campaign set up, programmatic buying, campaign management or planning, and proficiency in Excel / spreadsheets, or other data tools.
- Personal Qualities: Energetic, proactive, and eager to work in a startup-like environment, with great communication skills and not afraid to take risks.
- Availability: Ability to start immediately and work full-time.
