- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a software team lead or manager, preferably in the medical device or diagnostics industry.
- Strong expertise in software development applying Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication in English and Spanish (optional).
- Good coaching skills.
- Experience managing external partners.
- A team player who listens to colleagues and is not afraid to be assertive when needed.
- Able to live the agile values and actively participate in our feedback and error culture.
- An autonomous and proactive person who is comfortable speaking up constructively.
- Able to handle uncertainty.
