Join Our Team as a Senior Software Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our Clinical Software Business Unit at Werfenlife Sa. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable software solutions for our clinical applications and laboratory instrumentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop software to solve complex problems and deliver value to our customers using modern engineering approaches and agile principles.
  • Design client-side and server-side architectures to ensure our technology scales.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and performance improvement processes to ensure our software is efficient and responsive.
  • Contribute to decision-making within the team and participate in feature definition with stakeholders.
  • Test software to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Write technical documentation to ensure our software is well-documented and easy to use.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and technical knowledge to propose solutions for issues and challenges in software development.
  • Interest in learning and understanding business areas to provide value-add solutions.
  • Driving innovation and accountability.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Proactive, but able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills to perform demos and communicate with the rest of the team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing environment.
  • Good English speaking and writing skills.
