Senior iOS Software Engineer

We're seeking a seasoned Senior iOS Software Engineer to join our team at Roche, a leading healthcare company dedicated to making a meaningful impact on people's lives. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of diabetes management through innovative mobile solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior iOS Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications that cater to the needs of people with diabetes. Your expertise in native iOS development, combined with your passion for crafting beautiful and user-friendly interfaces, will be essential in driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop native iOS applications that meet the highest standards of quality and usability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product owners, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software.
  • Contribute to the development of our iOS platform, driving innovation and improvements in the product development process and its infrastructure.
  • Act as an internal technical consultant for pre-sales, sales, and marketing activities, providing technical expertise and guidance on iOS development.
Requirements
  • At least 5+ years of experience in building native iOS applications.
  • Strong understanding of iOS development principles, including Swift and Objective-C.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, QA engineers, and product owners.
  • Experience in mentoring other engineers in iOS development and contributing to the growth of the development team.
  • Knowledge of accessibility, performance, and systemic solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality software.
