Our Team
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Enablement team provides exceptional Data Science services to stakeholders across BASF, driving the AI transformation and serving as the backbone of the Analytics & AI Community. We empower employees through comprehensive upskilling services at our internal Data & AI Academy.
Your Role
As a Data & AI Enablement Specialist, you will drive the development and execution of learning initiatives at the Data & AI Academy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing engaging learning offerings and presentations to enhance employee upskilling in Data and AI topics.
- Communicating and promoting learning offerings to ensure they reach the intended target audience.
- Managing stakeholder relationships and collaborating with various teams and departments.
- Facilitating trainings and workshops to equip employees with essential Data and AI skills.
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact and effectiveness of trainings and learning resources.
- Supporting the overall AI transformation at BASF by fostering a culture of continuous learning and development in Data and AI.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, business information technology, learning and development, digital innovation management, communication management, psychology, or a related field.
