Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Platform Development to lead and inspire our software development teams to achieve excellence in product development. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading and growing software development teams, with a strong technological background.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and managing large-scale deep tech software platforms, preferably in the domain of SaaS and platforms for developers.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving projects to successful completion.
  • A deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and project management.
  • A Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related fields.
