Cloud Quality Specialist

As a Quality Specialist and Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our cloud solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to secure new customer wins for Cloud by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, client sales teams, and channel partners to achieve this goal.
To excel in this role, you will need to constantly research and educate yourself on the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both our clients and competitors. You will pursue positive outcomes, using effective approaches to solve problems, and deliver on commitments while seeking increasingly challenging work.
You will be responsible for controlling main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline, including hand-off rate, close rate, velocity, customer and agreement retention, revenue recapture, consumption, etc. You will establish a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer/partner needs, and create value through the sales cycle.
Your Qualifications:
You are fluent in English (at least strong B2). A minimum of 3-6 years of technology-related sales or business development experience is required. Experience working with the partner ecosystem is preferred. You should have a broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions. Fundamentals certification is required, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is also required.
Experience in one of the relevant fields, such as computer science, mathematics, or engineering, is a bonus. You should have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills, as well as an understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends. Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions is preferred.
