About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our Corporate Services team at Adecco (Spain). As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide critical support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  2. Financial Support: Assist with invoicing, payments, and budgeting, including encoding invoices in IDM and ABAC.
  3. Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  4. Database Management: Maintain financial databases and filing systems.
  5. Expenditure Tracking: Follow up on expenditures and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  6. Meeting Organization: Assist with meeting organization, including catering requests.
  7. Mail Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  8. Team Support: Provide general support to the team as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certified Post-Secondary Education: A certified post-secondary education in a relevant field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
  • Languages: English professional competence.
  • Personal Skills: Ability to build and maintain good working relationships, good communication skills, organization and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
