Marketing Specialist Job Description

D.med Technologies is a leading provider of comprehensive design and engineering services to medical devices manufacturers. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Business Development & Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, and case studies.
  • Implement, monitor, and report on the performance of inbound and outbound marketing initiatives, using data analytics to measure success and suggest improvements.
  • Support the organization of events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Engage with customers and prospects through email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing database.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the medical or engineering sector (B2B).
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • How to work as part of a team and with technical rigor and external stakeholders.
  • Skills: Advanced English level, Good level of German is a plus, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
