About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Compliance and Risk Officer to join our team. As a key member of our GRC team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our IT audit and risk assessments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating IT audit and risk assessments to ensure timely delivery and success
  • Supporting operational teams in identifying, managing, and reporting risks
  • Planning and managing IT audits and assessments end-to-end
  • Ensuring IT GRC tasks and audit findings are timely fulfilled and supporting operational teams in their resolution
  • Developing the GRC tool landscape and automating processes to raise maturity
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Several years of experience in IT Risk, Audit, and Operations
  • Interdisciplinary knowledge of IT processes, operations, and architectures
  • Understanding and application of risk, audit, and control methodologies
  • Good organizational skills, a structured way of working, and the ability to identify problems and solve them systematically
  • Very good written and spoken English and Spanish skills; German is a plus
