About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Compliance and Risk Officer to join our team at SIX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of IT-related risks and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for IT GRC topics, providing training and awareness to line management, SMEs, projects, and GRC initiatives.
  • Support operational teams in identifying, managing, and reporting risks.
  • Plan and manage IT audits and assessments in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of IT GRC tasks and audit findings, supporting operational teams in their resolution.
  • Develop and implement the GRC tool landscape, aiming to automate and enhance maturity.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in IT Risk, Audit, and Operations.
  • Interdisciplinary knowledge of IT processes, operations, and architectures.
  • Understanding and application of risk, audit, and control methodologies.
  • Good organizational skills, structured approach, and ability to identify and solve problems systematically.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish skills, with German being a plus.
