Job Title: Senior IT Compliance and Risk Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Compliance and Risk Officer to join our team at Six Group Services Ltd. in Madrid. As a key member of our IT GRC team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our IT audit and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate IT audit and risk assessments to ensure timely delivery and success.
  • Support operational SMEs in preparing evidence and guiding them through the end-to-end audit and risk processes.
  • Develop and maintain GRC templates and guidance to simplify and optimize the GRC landscape.
  • Train and educate the organization on regulated environments and GRC controls.
  • Act as a single point of contact for IT GRC topics and provide training and awareness for line management, SMEs, projects, and GRC initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in IT Risk, Audit, and Operations.
  • Interdisciplinary knowledge of IT processes, operations, and architectures.
  • Understanding and application of risk, audit, and control methodologies.
  • Good organizational skills, structured way of working, and ability to identify problems and solve them systematically.
  • Very good written and spoken English and Spanish skills, German is a plus.
