Booking Sales Representative with Polish and French Language Skills

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Booking Sales Agent with Polish and French language skills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their booking requirements and preferences, providing accurate and timely information about available options, pricing, and terms.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Booking Management: Process bookings efficiently using our booking systems, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and special requests.
- Reservation Handling: Confirm bookings, issue booking confirmations, and process payments or deposits as required.
- Sales Assistance: Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.
- Solution and result-driven person.
- Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive 'can-do attitude'.
- Fluent in English, Polish, and French.
- 27 vacation days per year.
- Permanent contract.
- Home office-like working option (5 days per quarter).
