Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Design, integrate, and optimize process solutions in the field of Supply Chain Management (SCM) to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
- SAP IBP Consulting: Provide expert consulting and implementation services for SAP IBP and SAP Continuous Improvement-Data Services (CI-DS) to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Requirements Management: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT development teams to manage requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Business Requirements Documentation: Detail and validate business requirements and document them in epics, features, and user stories for Agile development.
- Solution Design and Development: Design and develop end-to-end solution proposals, including process descriptions, prototypes, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and align them with IT counterparts.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test scenarios and manage the execution of tests with business stakeholders until successful completion.
- Solution Documentation and Training: Document developed solutions, train key users, and provide second-level support to ensure smooth solution adoption.
- Global Rollout and Handover: Manage the global rollout and handover of developed solutions to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- SAP Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SCM processes and best practices.
- Technical Expertise: Profound technical understanding of SAP IBP customizing and data structures, as well as ABAP knowledge and expertise in designing system interfaces.
- Additional Skills: Experience in SAP-PP, SAP-OTC, and willingness to work on designs and implementations around non-SAP systems.
- Project Experience: E2E project experience and self-organized with a focus on delivering best-practice solutions and business improvements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and customer orientation, and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- International Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (less than 20%).
