Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Service Coordination: Coordinate with our service providers, including Housekeeping and Maintenance, to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
  3. Administration: Administer bookings and other administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
  4. Quality Control: Conduct spot checks in our properties to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

  1. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; other languages are a plus.
  2. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  3. Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task and coordinate external services calmly.
  4. Transportation: A car or motorcycle is required for spot checks.

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (10:00hrs - 18:00hrs).
