Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our cross-functional team in building a world-class Sportsbook experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and QA specialists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, and driving innovation in our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the team's daily work and deliver a quality product that meets customer expectations.
- Take ownership of the product roadmap and ensure best practices from a technical perspective.
- Encourage a collaborative engineering culture and inspire knowledge sharing and innovation.
- Drive lean and data-driven ways of working to deliver value efficiently.
- Implement agile principles and ensure the team is working effectively.
- Solid engineering background with at least 3+ years of experience as an engineer.
- Official or unofficial experience in leading people and teams.
- Great communication skills and the ability to challenge the team when needed.
- Solid understanding of the agile software development process.
- Experience with JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, or similar technologies.
