Support Engineering Manager

Canonical is seeking an experienced Support Engineering Manager to lead our Cloud Support Team. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of support engineers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues, and driving continuous improvement in our support processes.

- Managing a team of support engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Developing and implementing processes to improve customer satisfaction, reduce resolution times, and increase efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and alignment.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our support services.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in technical support, preferably in a Linux environment.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
