About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team at HP. As a key member of our AI Lab, you will play a critical role in driving the development of cutting-edge AI technologies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement the technical roadmap for the AI Lab, aligning with HP's ambitious AI strategy.
  • Design and develop processes and standards to ensure high-quality and safe AI models.
  • Develop platform/tooling to support the model lifecycle and promote best practices.
  • Adopt state-of-the-art AI modeling and evaluation techniques.
  • Execute strategic engineering proof of concepts in AI.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define the overall AI strategy.
  • Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
  • Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in AI modeling or applied ML.
  • Training and fine-tuning of LLMs/LMMs.
  • Data acquisition and preprocessing.
  • Model lifecycle management.
  • Software development.
  • Programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Java).
