Compliance Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key contact point and administrator for certain compliance tools, systems and platforms, including Galderma's Speak Up Hotline, Compliance Risk Management Platform and e-Document Management System (eDMS)
- Develop, organize and deliver trainings on such systems to relevant audiences
- Support implementation projects of new fit-for-purpose tools, ensuring user-friendliness and compatibility with existing tools and Galderma's ways of working
- Reporting out of relevant data from such tools and systems to key function and business stakeholders

Requirements:
- A relevant Bachelor's Degree is required
- Proficiency in English (written and oral)
- 5+ years of legal, compliance or equivalent business experience in a global role (preferably working in or on behalf of a healthcare company)
- Having gained substantive exposure to, and a knowledge and understanding of, healthcare compliance matters
- Experience of operating in an in-house legal and/or compliance department environment, applying high levels of precision and diligence in work products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and coordination skills
- Strong IT skills with the ability to get up to speed with new tools fast
- Self-starter mentality, solution-oriented and with a high level of proactivity
- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment
- Profound project management skills an advantage
- Experience in working in complex matrix organizations an advantage
