Job Title: Trilingual Account Manager

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be a key player in helping our trade partners boost their sales and manage their product range. You'll work directly with independent retail outlets, offering strategic advice and ensuring they have the right products in stock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
  • Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
  • Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Greek, plus one additional European language.
  • Possess a third-level qualification (e.g., degree) and a driving license.
  • Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time effectively.
