Job Title: Global Partners Markets Senior Director

Almirall is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Partners Markets Senior Director to drive the company's worldwide partners business. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the value of Almirall's medicines through successful partnerships, making them available to patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the international business outside of our markets through partnerships
  • Maximize the value of our legacy portfolio worldwide and new portfolio
  • Lead a high-performance team committed to delivering targets and maximizing results
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure business materialization
  • Define business strategy and plan for global partners markets business
  • Close monitoring of partners, marketing and medical strategy, sales performance, and investments
  • Closely follow-up on partner commitments, mitigation plans, and proposed actions
Requirements:
  • University degree in science, business, or legal
  • At least 5 years of experience in partners/alliances management, international commercial operations, or business development
  • Fluent level of English, both oral and written
  • Experience in leading and managing high-performance teams
  • Seasoned experience in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Availability for traveling abroad
